As design lead, Champlin Studios worked closely with Kolar to create a workplace that welcomes employees, franchise partners, and visitors into an environment rooted in hospitality, collaboration, and hometown pride. More than an office, the headquarters serves as the heart of the Skyline brand, balancing flexible workspaces with inviting gathering areas, thoughtful interior design, and moments of storytelling that reinforce the company’s identity throughout the experience.
